Hi,Try this - Control Panel - Device Manager - CD/DVD - double click the device - Driver's Tab - clickUpdate Drivers (this will likely do nothing) - then RIGHT CLICK the drive - UNINSTALL - REBOOTthis will refresh the default driver stack.
